About Teller

Teller allows banks to deploy an A.I.-powered banking assistant to chat with customers automatically via SMS or their favorite messaging apps. Instead of picking up the phone, customers can send a message and learn how to open a new account, check their account balance, or receive personalized product recommendations.

Key Features

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Teller can easily integrate with your backend banking system to provide customer banking information. For example, a user could ask "What is my account balance?" and get the correct response. All communication is secure and encrypted.

Customer Service

Teller allows a bank to automate the simple, repetitive questions they receive. It is also a win for customers, who get an instant answer. In cases where an answer can not be determined, we can design an escalation route such as creating a new customer service ticket.

PERSONAL FINANCE

A key part of the Teller platform is our preloaded database of questions. We have very carefully answered hundreds of personal finance questions like "How do I build a budget?", "How do I check my credit score?", and "What is the difference between an ETF and a Mutual Fund?"

Personal Finance Modules

Teller has several personal finance modules built right in! In addition to specific bank questions, customers can get information on the following topics:

Saving and Budgeting

We will walk you through the basics of saving and building your own budget. You will use our included ‘Teller Budget Builder’ template to easily organize and track your spending.

Banking for Beginners

A bank account is a powerful thing. We will help you make the most of it by teaching you everything you need to know like using direct deposit, automated payments, and your debit card.

Improving Credit Scores

Credit can be one of the most challenging topics in personal finance. We slowly walk you through the basics of how the credit system works and how you can use it to your advantage.

Investing and Retirement

Our final module is on building long-term wealth for the future. Together, we will build a personal retirement plan and also show you how to make smart investment decisions.
